Outside
The villa is situated some 70 metres from the lane and has huge open lawned gounds for you to stroll in, relax or play outdoor games with the family. We have mountain bikes available, a great patio, and for the sporty; a large trampoline, and full-size football net.
A 40 metre water frontage allows for easy access to the lake from the stone quayside. Boats for fishing or sightseeing can be supplied if you let us know in advance of your arrival. We even have our own little boat house.
The lake can be viewed from the groundfloor lounge, kitchen patio window doors, which also open for dining outside or the occasional barbeque. The garden literally borders the renowned Waterville lake.
